Septorhinoplasty after Nasal Injury*

23 year old model and athlete presented for septorhinoplasty after suffering a nasal injury playing sports in college that left her with visible deviation of her septum and difficulty breathing. A beautiful frontal view and facial balance was achieved that complemented the patient's features.
